Step 1: Submit Your Carrier Documents
We keep our compliance checks fast and straightforward. To get set up in our system, just send over your active carrier packet:
- MC Authority Letter (Must be active for at least 30–90 days, depending on broker requirements)
- W-9 Form (Signed and dated)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) ($1,000,000 Auto Liability & $100,000 Cargo minimum)
- Notice of Assignment (NOA) (Only needed if you use a factoring company)
Step 2: Sign the Dispatch Agreement
Once we verify your documents, we’ll send over our straightforward dispatch agreement.
- 100% Transparent: No hidden administrative fees or surprise charges.
- No Forced Dispatch: You are the boss of your truck. If you don't like a load or a rate, you don't take it.
- No Lock-In: Work with us week-to-week. We earn our keep by finding you top-paying freight, not by locking you into a contract.
Step 3: Set Your Profile & Hit the Road
Tell us exactly how you like to run. We'll build your custom carrier profile:
- Your preferred lanes and regions (and the states you refuse to touch).
- Your minimum rate-per-mile (RPM) requirements.
- Your equipment type, weight limits, and home-time schedule.
Once your profile is set, our dispatchers immediately start negotiating with top-tier brokers to book your first load.
