Answer: To get your trucks onboarded quickly, we require an active MC Authority Letter (active for at least 30–90 days depending on broker requirements), a signed W-9 Form, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with at least $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Cargo minimum, and a Notice of Assignment (NOA) if you use a factoring company. 

 Answer: Never. You are the boss of your truck. We present you with top-paying loads and high-grossing lanes, but the final decision is always yours. If you don't like a load, a rate, or an area, you don't take it.

Answer: We currently dispatch Dry Vans (53ft), Reefers (53ft), Flatbeds (48ft or 53ft), Step Decks / Drop Decks (48ft or 53ft), and Box Trucks (24ft or 26ft). 

Answer: We operate on a transparent, percentage-based service model with no hidden administrative fees or surprise charges and no long-term lock-in contracts. Our dispatch fee of 7% of the gross line haul revenue for each completed load aligns with the industry average. You work with us week-to-week, and we earn our keep by consistently finding you high-paying freight. 

Answer: Our dispatchers actively negotiate with professional brokers across the country. We analyze your preferred lanes, minimum rate-per-mile (RPM) requirements, weight limits, and home-time schedule to build a custom carrier profile so you only run where you want to run. 

Answer: Yes! We handle the tedious back-office paperwork, including setting you up with new brokers, filling out carrier packets, managing setup documentation, and taking care of invoice paperwork so you can focus entirely on driving.
